Ember Media LLC · Harvey, Louisiana

We build operating companies, then run them.

Two people. A trading-intelligence platform, a construction bid engine, and the working contractor that proves it daily. Everything on this page is live, revenue-seeking, and operated by the people who wrote it.

The problem

Retail traders drown in noise — a hundred feeds, zero accountability, nobody keeping score.

What it does

An AI analyst with a public track record. Bob generates plays and owns his win rate in the open. The Fleet charts 310 supply-chain flagships across 17 sectors. Sector rotation, geopolitics war room, backtester, paper trading — one terminal.

The problem

Small contractors price from memory, track jobs on whiteboards, and do books in software built for accountants.

What it does

Estimate → bid → job → books, one line. A cost library you own, a live solicitation feed, bid-vs-actual history, and license exam prep. The long game is the seat QuickBooks holds — accounting rebuilt around how construction money actually moves.

The relationship

Ridge is independently owned. Ember built its site and runs its software stack — and Ridge is Plumb’s first operator, the proving ground for everything it ships.

The record

50+ jobs across a dozen trades in year one. Concrete, framing, drywall, flooring, fencing, striping, electrical, plumbing — every job priced, tracked, and closed through Plumb.

VALUATIONS ARE OUR OWN INTERNAL ESTIMATES, UNAUDITED, AND NOT AN OFFER OF SECURITIES. THE JOB COUNTS ARE REAL.

The lab

Built in-house. Not for sale.

Research systems that power the holdings. No performance figures published — the systems are proprietary and the numbers are private.

The Bob Family

One AI, many rooms. Bob trades on Bidness, estimates on Plumb, and answers on voice. Same character, different domain per product.

Jarvis

Voice co-pilot: ambient alerts, journal tools, hands-free market briefings. The interface layer for everything we run.

Runner1

Automated futures execution research. A multi-variant pool that trades, evaluates, and promotes its own strategies.

Kalshi Desk

Market-making research on event contracts. Spread, adverse selection, and settlement mechanics, measured live.

Ember Media is a father and son in Harvey, Louisiana. One of us has spent decades running construction crews and reading balance sheets; the other writes the software and trades the markets. We are not a studio, an agency, or a fund — we’re operators who happen to build our own tools, and then sell the ones that survive contact with real work.

The rule is simple: we don’t ship anything we don’t use ourselves, on our own money, first.

How we work

Dogfood first. Sell second.

Operate

We enter the industry for real — bids, trades, invoices, losses. The pain we feel is the product spec.

Build

Software gets written to solve our own Tuesday, not a persona’s. If it doesn’t save us hours this week, it’s cut.

Open

Only after months of daily internal use does a product take outside users — with our own operating history as the demo.

Where this goes

The long game.

Stated plainly, because we intend to be held to it. Each era funds the next — software margin buys hard assets, hard assets anchor capital.

Capital

The trading operation institutionalizes: managed strategies, a fund structure when the track record earns it, and direct investments in businesses we understand because we have run their kind.

Vertically integrated

Intelligence, execution, infrastructure, and capital under one roof — a company that finds the opportunity, prices it, builds it, and finances it without asking anyone’s permission.

Contact

Two ways to work with us.

Partnerships

You operate, we tool. Ridge-style: your company runs on our software, both sides compound.

Investing

Land, property, and ventures in our lane. If it cash-flows and we understand it, we’ll look.
